Food infinity — Restaurant in Assam

If you by any mistake served a wrong menu (old one) and there the price of the food is actually different than the new menu then you guys should know that it's not the customer fault that they were served the wrong menu. That's on you and you guys must know that if a customer complaints about the price that's written on the old menu then rather than yelling back at them, try to ask yourself that who's mistake was that. Was that our fault that you guys still had that old menu and served us that or was that our fault that we were not able to cope up with your new menu and the prices of the food items.

And really form today your restaurant i.e. Food infinity is not in my go to list. And I will do the favour to protect others from such bad restaurant and their such bad services. Won't be taking my friends or family back to that restaurant to eat.

And whoever that fat guy was today at the counter, atleast try to confront your customer that you guys are actually sorry when it's your fault rather than talking in a high and angry tone.

For the price, we are ready to pay for what we ordered. But if the price is different in the old menu then you guys should atleast check if the customers are provided with the actual new menu. It was a nice experience visiting the place for the first time but now I'm not going back...

Deteriorated very much nowadays , not as good as it was back when it started . Things I hate are

1. The cups the juices and drinks are served in are supposed to be disposable , but THEY WASH AND REUSE THE DISPOSABLE CUPS . I found this out as on many occasions I've gotten oily cups , and the cups have scratch marks like someone used scotch brite on it .
2. The infinity fries being served these days are not cooked well . Fries should be crispy on the outside and mushy on the inside . These days the fries are like crispy on the outside and hard on the inside . PLEASE DOUBLE FRY THE FRIES COOKS , THATS HOW FRENCH FRIES ARE MADE .
3. Sometimes the dishes have way too much salt in them . I gave a 5 star so that people may read it , but actually I'll give a 2...
