KFC — Restaurant in Assam

Discriminatory behaviour by staffs by the name Susmita and her colleague (couldn't get her name) When we asked for ketchup, they denied by saying that it got over. Nowhere around the world such food chains will be short of ketchup packets in the afternoon.

And this happened just because we didn't take their offer of free fries and drink with our order. Whereas a guy who took their offer just after our order got the ketchup packets. Instead asked us to buy dips.

I didn't know that this branch have made their own rules. And the food quality was very poor as well, even after an hour of eating, we still have weird after taste of the oil, which is probably poor quality or reused several times.

Would not recommend this specific KFC...

Pathetic experience and waste of money. I had ordered Kfc Wednesday 12 strips bucket on 10/09/25 from rudraksh mall KFC via Swiggy, and what I got was not at all acceptable to any food grade, over cooked and oily chiken strips , i couldn't even consume a single piece of it, upon that they didn't even send the 4 dips mentioned in the order,I have uploaded the pics and reciept too. And upon rising complaint there's no response in swiggy chat cause the kfc doesn't allow it, wow and there's no contact number posted anywhere.. so hard earned 500rs and the most important THE TIME AND PEACE OF MIND just vanished into this shitty...

After a hectic, went there for refreshment but to our surprise the food was horrible. Its not like we were eating kfc for the first time that we will eat whatever they provide us in the name of kfc. The roll was so hard that it was not possible to chew. If you dont have some things in stock just say it, we will order different item. Why providing old roti to spoil the name of kfc.
