PIAZZA — Restaurant in Assam

When Piazza opened its doors,we were always pleasantly surprised with their service,food and ambience. This is our visit after a couple of years,considering it being a dry day the tables were mostly unoccupied the service should have been exemplary. Rather the ushers were missing from the floor to even attend to the two tables which were in service.Wait for tandoori roti was almost 10 minutes.I do not really write a review but places like these cannot afford to offer such sad service. With the food I ordered a Jamaican Sunrise Pizza in which the onions were overloaded and soggy.They were not even caramelised as mentioned in the menu,and because I asked them to skip cherry tomatoes they loaded onions to it which was so unappetizing. The Chicken Tikka Masala hit the right notch. I only wish they have surprised us with their service and also taken care of the floor area which had mosquitoes and dirt in abundance. Will definitely be back only expecting better...

Worst restaurant The food quality was poor. Ordered a chicken starter which looked good but on eating it we realised the chicken was stale and chewy and very dry, even the peanut sauce tasted bad. We also ordered a chicken risotto which was a “chef special”. Tasted nothing like risotto and had zero pieces of chicken in it. Had a really hard time communicating with our server that evening, seemed very inexperienced, was not able to help us with anything. Even a simple request of increasing the AC temperature was not considered; the AC was directly facing our table and temp was set at 16, we were feeling very cold, asked several waiters 3-4 times to increase the temperature a bit but nobody did it.

Poor experience. Please improve the quality of food and please train your waiters how to communicate with customers. Nobody wants to deal with a shy waiter, who cannot communicate properly and whispers their responses.

Piazaa cafe!!! Always a thumbs up for me if someone ask me personally.

I had a bus at 4 pm .. so had to find a place in around the busstand for small meeting before I leave for another town. And believe me on this i found the perfect place to hang out with my friend and a client at the same time.

The staff was elegant the service was a quickie. the place was neat and very welcoming. u had variety of food and drink to choose from and i found my regular in the list so i ws happy.

the staff give you space although the place is very small and full of people...but thats how a cafe should be. you got a smoking area with seating if u or friend wanna smoke. and i could see all happy faces in and around. the interiors was very designed. I was there in a hot afternoon but that place relaxed me like anything. music which wont bore you is played all time long.
