Seventh Heaven Restaurant — Restaurant in Assam

Today we 3 friends went to this place. We ordered lahori chiken, butter nun, fried rice n chiken munchorian. Firstly service was too late. They gave us the food almost after 1 hr . Frst they served nun n chiken munchorian. Totally wrong combination. After again waiting for 20 minutes they gave us fried rice nlahori chicken. But by then butter nun n munchurian became cold. Now the food part. The food was too salty. As we know lahori chicken is not green generally. Instead of lahori chiken they gave us dhania chiken. Totally taste less n salty. Chiken munchorian also only salt n salt. Fried rice was sticky n over cooked. Like they used the rice given by govt schemes. Only the butter nun was good.but it will not justify the salt of other items. Very pathetic experience. Waste of money. N more over. In the middle of ghy they appoint people who doesn't understand Assamese n hindi both. They did not understand our complain. We told food is very salty n they handed us bottle of extra salt....

Seventh Heaven, located in Bora Service is a very beautiful restaurant. The interior and the ambiance is very comforting. My experience however here was not good. I went for brunch. I had CCBC and Masala Coke. They followed my dietary restriction of No onion and Garlic in my food, but they also eliminate other things like capsicum. The taste of CCBC was no doubt top notch. I would rate it a 4/5. Masala Coke was everything except Masala Coke. It was too watery and I could barely taste any coke. 0/5. The Service was also bad. As it took a lot of time to prepare our food, even though there was to rush at all. The waitress also gave us half menu, due to which we were unable to order many things about which we come to know after we had our brunch. 1/5 for service. We didn't complaint about the menu part as we were already done with CCBC and was leaving. I don't know why they gave me a Louis Philippe gift voucher of 1000 rupees. Overall I would rate this...

I recently visited this restaurant with three of my friends and we ordered a variety of dishes, including their so-called "Exotic Vegetables." While most of the food was decent, the Exotic Vegetables were extremely disappointing. Upon taking the first bite, it was evident that the vegetables particularly the tomatoes were rotten. The taste and smell were unmistakably off.

When I raised this concern with the staff, they insisted that the dish was meant to taste that way, dismissing my feedback rather rudely. Their behavior was unprofessional and dismissive. They neither accepted responsibility nor offered to replace the dish.

This experience was deeply disappointing. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone in my circle. It’s concerning that such low food safety and hygiene standards are being maintained. Sadly, it often takes someone falling ill before such issues are...
