Had ordered eggless cake at your Rt Nagar branch yesterday. Totally unhappy with the service. Firstly the person who wrote the message on the cake wrote it in a waywhich never seemed to be 'happy birthday' nor was the individuals name was written correctly. Had to tell the staff to redo it. Wasn't done correctly even then and when told the staff to write the message properly she started making faces as though I have done a prime by asking to get the wrongly message written correctly. And the third time she got it done, the entire look of the cake had changed and it wasn't looking as good as it was the first time. Really disappointed with the service. Hope I was right in asking the staff to get the message correct as I have paid for it and not taking it...

Thank you for serving such a delicious food. I appreciate the token system, but staff response was pathetic and why they all look so grumpy? Especially the lady at the cash counter..please smile.. you are representing store.. and also they were fighting between themselves during packing. You can be polite and helpful to customers. And also they take lot of time in packing. Just for egg puff and pastry they took around 20mins to give delivery in person. If it was any other bakery it would’ve been not more than 5 mins.. customers don’t have all day to be at Your store. . Hurry up and greet people with smiles! This is an average pastry shop. Don't expect real cheese cakes. It will be a regular sponge with loads of cream coatings and layers within. Some of the tarts and other goodies turns out to be interesting. Chocolate tart was something that fascinated my taste buds. Remember that the server should not overheat the pastry in micro oven. Always crowded but really inexpensive. Visited again on 21st Jan 2018. The Chocolate Tarts has fallen from their usual standards to the ones of the local bakeries. They were filled with mousse and instead of a flaky pastry outside there was a sandy dried cake layer coated with chocolate.
