Amulya Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I recently visitited for lunch at Amulya veg that had the potential to be a great experience. The food was undoubtedly delicious, with the dal, paneer butter masala, roti, rice, and papad all satisfying my taste buds with their delectable flavors. The total bill amounted to approximately 800, which seemed reasonable for the quality of food served.

However, I was deeply disappointed by the service I received during my visit. The service person displayed an appalling level of rudeness that tainted the overall dining experience. Their behavior was unwarranted and left a sour taste in my mouth. Surprisingly, there were no other customers during peak lunch hours, which is concerning for the business. Restaurant was completely empty. I ordered a coffee. As soon as coffee came, receptionist handed over the bill to me and told me “no waiting, people are supposed to come for eating food”. Went to this place only because I had to attend a meeting nearby and thought of having a coffee before heading and completely some office work. But it seems like they prefer their restaurant empty. Visited this place to have some food and attend an online meeting, but the place really disappointed me. There wasn’t anything to eat light, had to buy a tea. And the staff and other guests were too loud while communicating. The restaurant’s got network issues as well.

Since it’s in prime location, they at least provide some basic needs. Hope we get to see some improvements...
