Hotel Anand Regency — Hotel in Bengaluru

visited recently booked from MakeMyTrip the reception person is so rude don't know how to manage customer or even talk to the executive of MakeMyTrip they didn't give us our desired room for what we paid -the AC wasn't working, no geyser, no drinking water or hot water supply the windows were opened at night we asked them to close they made fun and sd just put the curtains and sleep not at all safe place to stay electrical pluck points were broken tv wasn't working one of our frnd stayed alone in a room and even they sd they will provide a deluxe room and we paid but they have an executive room with the smallest bed. the receptionist even misbehaved with the executive of mmt when we were in conference with them even threatened us that we might complain but...

One star bcos of rude behaviour of sridhar at hotel on the day of arrival we waited for the room. After requesting and showing him booking paper he asked several questions and allowed us IN. None of the security guards greeted us during stay bcos we were on bike. Felt insulting.We had some luggage which we had to carry till exit .I felt humiliated and wow not to visit again. This shows the snob mentality of hotel. We are regular visitor of 5 star hotels and have never faced such humiliating behavior. after this all issue we informed to manager sridhar and his response was worst than the incident. These useless guards want only tips and they think people in car can only give it to them. Poor and sick mentality. Should be sacked the manager...

Hotel was very near to KSR bengaluru (1.6km) and majestic bus stand (800 mtrs.). Though located in a hustle bustle area, its a very nice and calm hotel with great service (5 stars). Check out time is 24 hrs (icing on the cake). Rooms are clean and well maintained. Autos and other taxi service can be availed easily. Reception people are very nice and ready to help always. Opt for AC rooms for better comfort in summers.||Try filter coffee at praja thindi (just 10 steps from the hotel) and other food options are great and cheap too and high on taste.
