Hotel is average. Its room is very small and too much dirty and have too much cockroach. One has to call again and again for service, which is nothing special and the hotel reception person talks in a very rude manner.

It is a very dirty location because there are only bars and liquor shops all around and only drunkards roam around on the road and all of them treat the girls very badly.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The staff over here is not cooperative they don't know how to talk to customers. We have booked 3 rooms for 7 people and As I asked for hot water they are Suggesting us ideas about how can 7 people bathe together in 1hour from 6-7am in winter's minus 1 degrees. They provided us pillows which are wet and they Also Dont have Blankets... They lights in the room stopped working. And it's just been one hour and a loads of complaints. No Geysers in Any room. They have some idiotic boiler System. Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded lodge... Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. Location is ok, but it's inside a lane. Gali ke andar. Narrow passage. It's not that good.

We went full family and booked 2 rooms. But they provided 2 room in 2 floors.

It's a cheap lodge type.

Management is not trustable.

Bathroom is not that clean but not dirty too.

Hotel boys are not trustable.

One boy took fake menu, and charged double for lunch. And later added service charges. At last asked for tip too. DON'T ORDER FOOD WITH THEM. THEY ARE CHEATER. later he brought everything in half. Thus they looted.

Hotel is too narrow and rooms are small.

Overall, not a pleasure experience. Only recommended if in tight budget and with friends or single. Not suitable for family. Need more...

It is a wonderful budget hotel especially the location advantage; right in front of the Majestic Bus Stand; one can use the walkway to access the Bengaluru City railway station, or the Metro Station(kempegowda station from where both green and purple lines are accessible). Google map does not show the walkway :-( though. The are quite a no. of eating outlets close by both veg and non-veg. Shopping areas like chickpet are at walking distance.
