Ventured here to have a Sunday lunch with Millets.
Nice spacious and clean... That's how it hit me. Infact I was surprised to find it so peaceful and no crowd etc.
The Pongal was yummy. The. Masala Dosa was good. Poori also good. Tea was awesome. We were so satisfied and it was filling too and we were happy. The quantity is also good.
The white chutney as well as the sambar is different and tasty.
The rates are very reasonable. We happened to meet the owner. It seems they have 3 more branches in Bangalore ie HSR, Kamanahalli, and Indranagar.
Its self service here. Very nice place we discovered in Basaveshwar Nagar right opposite Pavithra Paradise hotel on the first main road behind Gundappa Bakery.

Read moreService was bad. Your staff cd not understand either kannada, english or even hindi! 🤦🏻♀️Food was very average. Only chutneys were good. Asked for sweet pongal and deliberately got khara pongal. when asked to correct our order, was told sweet pongal was not available. Dosa is thin. idli was drying n dying. milk in coffee was burnt...even a child cd smell the burnt milk used in coffee. asked fr stong coffee, got white milky coffee. all excitement of "healthy" breakfast went down the drain ! Good luck if u want to survive in this side of Blr. Need to study the pulse of people here. Taste and price matters a lot fr people here! both r a thumbs down! this is not south bengaluru. locals are majority...who have grown up w a palette fr south indian food! cant fool us with only ambience and size of place! will not return...

The taste was okay, but not impressive. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but I left feeling a bit underwhelmed.
If you're in the area and looking for a casual, self-service spot, Arambham might be worth a try. However, if you're specifically craving spicy Andhra meals, you might want to explore other options.
Average experience,...
