If you want a pathetic experience for dine in you can go...Staff was very rude... They don't want to serve unlimited...They keep on asking what is the last order for barbeque after serving the 2 rounds...Manager is not responsive and lazy enough to speak...This is not like usual Barbeque nation or Absolute Barbecue...Prices here they charged 1300 per person which is way too higher than the original authentic Barbeque nation itself...The quality was worst to say the least...There was way too limited dishes for non-veg buffet hardly 3-4 that too very dry and looks old... Don't expect wide varieties... Coming to desserts section, there was not sufficient amount only to put in the plate...If asked about the emptiness of dishes they are saying that chefs are preparing Atlast we had to come out without tasting the full items itself...All the reviews posted are they themselves pressuring the customers(even if the customers don't want) to post at the end which is truly misleading...We went after seeing the reviews but nah complete different...The ambience is okay but the chairs , they are very congested...You literally have to sit on 2 chairs to be able to comfortably eat...Tables were too short which doesn't fit the standards of normal buffet restaurant... Hardly you can place 2 full plates on table, more than half of the table is occupied by grill stove itself...And coming to the grills, the items were overly burnt until it forms the black carbon layer covering the body which is proven to be causing cancer...Jamun was hard and cakes were very dry which were unable to eat... Icecreams are the only thing eatable as they don't prepare that... Complimentary drink(full of sugar and food colour) which they force you to drink will be sufficing your hunger as you consume high sugar drink initially and you can't eat fuller which is clearly a scam...It's literally not worth for 1300 for the food, service, ambience they provide... Instead you can go to original Barbeque nation for their service, quality food (If we say we don't like the food in barbeque nation they will immediately change the food for one single person they will take care of each and every person's choice of taste)...Here they won't even ask you for the spiciness or enquire you about whether the food is good...It's like what they serve we are forced to eat that as we are paying...I have visited Barbeque nation, Absolute Barbecue, Barbeque by punjab grill...Based on my experience you can try all those apart from this b-town barbeque this is a literal scam...If you want to enjoy the quality food and experience a pleasant receiving and humble service you go for the rest of the barbecues... Don't trust these reviews... Overall I strongly DON'T recommend this restaurant...Please try...
Read moreDear All, Went to B Town ( RR Nagar) for Anniversary celebration of my brother on 30th Nov, Saturday. I would give the honest review so that people have the clear picture before walking in. To start with i would apologise to B Town for delayed walk in .. so we were told that cause of late arrival, time is short for serving starters and so it all started with a super speed .. they served us BBQ items, which were good tasting and hot ... i will write about what we expected and did not get ( saw some pics and reviews on net that they serve full mackarel fish tawa fried)... that was not available ..but we did get Tawa fried fish in Bengali cuts but it was full of bones ..even fish on skewer was also Basa fish which is cheap and not that good tasting) ..so my suggestions would be to keep at-least one fish of good quality. other chicken items were good .. i liked Mutton seekh kababs .. but i expected them to give some Off Menu Chef made items from kitchen ( Like we got in Absolute Barbeque.. they gave us Mutton dry .. paneer chilli.. fish fingers ..etc which were APART from barbeque and live menu ). Veg options were also good. Now, most importantly, coming to Main course ... it was Okayish and below expectation ... In Non veg they had two curries but lacked flavours .. chicken Biryani was the fantastic but fried rice really disappointed ... Noodles were Ok.. bread basket was brought to table ... Talking about desserts section, it was decent and sufficient. ( there was some sort of Kheer also but it was not present in the section ) .. there were 2 ice cream flavors ... No Kulfi.... Service was excellent.. our servers were Phalguni and Rehman .. they served us really well and were friendly. Overall it was a good experience for the price and place can be tried ..... ( Did not take any food pics )
P.S. : To the management .. please note that we had only one Vegetarian guest with us and he suffered severe stomach infection ..all Non Veg eaters had no issue .. so please keep the quality check up for Vegetarians.
Thanks B Town. One more addition .. was just going thru other reviews and went thru Mr Santosh singh's review : quoting from his review ... Quote " And best part they are serving pizza , arabian chicken, honey garlic chicken wings all are amazing in taste."Unquote. but none of it was...
Read morePathetic Food Experience.. A BIG NO
I recently had the misfortune of hosting a party at a supposedly reputable restaurant, and I must say that the food experience was nothing short of disastrous. From the moment I entered the premises, it became apparent that this so-called party was a far cry from what I had expected. First and foremost, the service was abysmal. The staff seemed completely disinterested in providing even the most basic level of customer service. Guests were left waiting for ages before anyone bothered to serve food. Our requests for more staff and higher quality food were completely ignored, leaving us feeling ignored and frustrated. Now, let's talk about the food. It was an absolute train wreck. The appetizers were served lukewarm, and they tasted as though they had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The main courses were equally disappointing. The meat was overcooked and tough, and the accompanying side dishes were bland and uninspiring. It was evident that little care had been taken in the preparation of the food, and the lack of attention to detail was truly disheartening. To add insult to injury, the presentation of the dishes was lackluster. They lacked any artistic flair or creativity, appearing as though they had been carelessly slapped together without any thought or effort. It was clear that the kitchen staff had little pride in their work, and their lackadaisical approach was reflected in the unappetizing appearance of the dishes. Furthermore, the ambiance of the restaurant was far from enjoyable. The noise level was deafening, making it nearly impossible to have a conversation without shouting. Despite multiple requests, the DJ failed to turn up, and the random music being played only added to the overall noise and chaos. In conclusion, my experience at this restaurant party was an utter disappointment. The lackluster service, poorly prepared and presented food, and unpleasant ambiance made it clear that this establishment falls far short of its purported reputation. I would strongly advise anyone considering hosting a party or dining at this restaurant to think twice and look elsewhere for a more enjoyable and...
