I have been visiting this place regularly to buy products, but what I have experienced is that none of the people are interested to do their job by helping us in products or answering any of our queries. Especially the lady in the reception, wearing spectacle. She may be thinking that she is the owner of the entire store. If she is the real owner of the store, then God also cannot save this store. If she is the worker there, then owner who is reading this review please sack this type of people immediately to survive in this competitive world. Even feeding 2,3 donkeys can help you financially instead of feeding this type of useless people. I have written only my experience here and don't have any intention of hurting any sentiments.Hope this review works. Best of luck for your store...

We were utterly disappointed when they forced us to cancel the order. When the order no. #97506 did not reach us, we called only to find out that the free delivery charges mentioned on the ebill was a hoax and I am now supposed to pay ₹ 320/- for a ₹ 140/- product.The lady on the phone mentioned that she had tried calling me many times since morning which was totally untrue. When I asked about the free delivery mentioned,the lady mentioned that they had started the delivery charges on 8th May though we had ordered the product on 7th May. The lady was not ready to listen. It's totally unprofessional. Please do not provide wrong information on the bill atleast. I had to rate them one star just because I needed to put the review... Hopeless waste of time...

I visited this place many not many few times. And impressed in the first time about the product, customer service, etc. Recommended to my friend and now he buys regular. We are baker visit few times for good collection. This time no product available, place looks pathetic, they have cake toppers for selling but while billing they told rate not entered. The response in front desk was not good. Between employees no coordination. Thinking they are great....management to look into else. The loose their reputation. My kind advice. Rate not cheap there. What I get in my place us same. I travelled 20 km yesterday. ...
