Had been to restaurant ~ 10 pm on 29-Dec-2019. It was Gloomy inside with only 4 tables with customers. Had been with 2 Kids and we wanted to urgently eat something before kids fall asleep. The cleaned table was really not clean and below the table mat it looked like there are 2-3 days of food and was smelling badly!

Supplier was almost threatening that food will take 20+ mins ...we asked get something quick for which he said not possible.. we ordered simple Veg Sandwich for that too he said it’ll be 20 mins as it is to be grilled... then we said bring it without grilling if it helps to get faster.

After 35-40 mins came our COLD ungrilled sandwich... which wouldn’t take more than 5 mins to prepare... when asked he could grill if it took so much time we got a response that there were other orders from god know who ... as other 2 tables customers had already shouted and left due to 35 min delay even though they were same hotel customers!! Had to wake up kids and have them eat cold & tasteless sandwich

Food was tasteless; tables were dirty & smelly ; most unfriendly staff; and had to pay 100rs/sandwich- menu book it was mentioned as 90rs for proper grilled sandwich.

PLEASE PLEASE do NOT go to this restaurant with its past glorious name ... it is WORST ever...

We visited on a Sunday afternoon for Lunch. We went to North Indian side where it was not serving Thali on Plantain leaf. The waiter took the orders promised that he shall get back and confirm availability of a dish for the kid and did not turn up for 30 mins. when we went to inquire at the counter, they said our food is getting prepared. Even soup/Starter was not served, when there were a total of around 10 ppl in two tables. We had to cancel our orders and leave. We went based on our better experience at Commercial street, which was much better. Please avoid this restaurant. The management should do something to...

The place serves one table's leftover food to another table. This happened when we went there for lunch one afternoon and and me and my husband did not finish curd as it was tasting bad. We both had half curd left in our bowl. From where I was sitting I could see the area where they had arranged the food on table. The waiter took the bowl from our table, filled the bowl with more curd and in front of my eyes served on a new table where new group of people had come.

When I tried discussing this with the manager he was indifferent as if this is how it functions there. Not to forget this happened...
