This is located in Chamrajpet, now popularly known as a business hub. Though it's a business hub there are a lot of residences in this locality which makes it public to spend their evenings either at a chat shop or a juice center depending on the weather. But this chat shop is very unique as people luv to eat all 365 days because of its taste and the art of preparing it as the chats here are neither spicy (preferable in cold season) nor blunt. It's made to serve every customer's taste. We here tried bhel puri, masala puri and bangar pet paani puri which were very pleasing till the last bite. There are other items like sev puri, dahi alu puri etc but never made an attempt to taste as nothing can beat the taste of these in Karnataka Bhel House which is nearby. They also have around 4 flavours of paani which is kept separately and the food lovers can try those without even asking for it. The only thing which I felt could be improved is the approach of the owner during the crowd. He sometimes act weird during crowds and the public has to be watchful. There is a very small place allocated for the customers to be seated but many times have to stand on the footpath due to the crowd. Today by evening we had been visited for the first time, my son 8 year old dint knew about pani which was placed there, I don't know the server or bhel puri maker orcall him maker, insulted my son saying to pout pani to his eyes, and giving back words, I took bill and cancelled the items and went away..... No proper customer service, very pathetic and arrogant people is there..... Owner see the CCTV footage if u have and take proper action on him, he is not fit for the job there, and he won't come up in life..... I have not tasted and won't taste also..... One of the greatest chaats on the market is Banagarpet Chaats; they always give it their best effort, and this chat shop is no exception.
