Aralimara Paanipuri is a popular food joint known for its delicious and authentic street food offerings, especially its Pani Puri, Dahi Puri, and Sev Puri. Located in Bangalore, this place has earned a great reputation for its impeccable hygiene, delicious flavors, and high-quality food that leaves you coming back for more. The eatery is well-maintained and caters to food lovers who crave bold and flavorful snacks. Hygiene and Cleanliness: One of the standout features of Aralimara Paanipuri is its emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene, which is a top priority, especially when serving street food. The stall maintains a tidy environment, making it a great place for enjoying food without any worries. Consistency in Taste: The consistency in the flavor of its offerings is remarkable. Whether it's the tangy, spicy Pani Puri or the creamy, savory Dahi Puri, each bite is packed with an explosion of flavors. Perfect Balance of Spices: The flavors are balanced perfectly, with the right amount of spice and tanginess that enhances the overall experience. Dahi Puri: The Dahi Puri at Aralimara is a flavor-packed treat. The puris are crisp and crunchy, acting as the perfect base for a generous topping of chilled, creamy curd (dahi). The curd is smooth, cooling, and complements the spices used in the dish beautifully. The addition of spices and chutneys, such as sweet tamarind, spicy chili powder, and tangy yogurt, gives each bite an intense burst of flavor that spreads across your mouth. The coolness of the yogurt, combined with the crunch of the puris and the kick from the spices, creates a wonderful flavor profile that makes it a must-try for anyone who enjoys a mix of savory and tangy snacks. Sev Puri: The Sev Puri is another delightful offering from Aralimara. The puris are perfectly crisp, and when paired with a crunchy layer of sev (crispy chickpea noodles), it provides a fantastic texture. The puri itself is light and biscuit-like in texture, offering a satisfying crunch with every bite. The spice mix, along with the tangy chutneys, creates a fantastic balance of flavors. The sev adds an extra crunch and a salty kick, perfectly complementing the sweet and sour chutneys. This combination results in a bite that is crunchy, savory, and full of zest, making it an absolute crowd-pleaser. Final Thoughts: Aralimara Paanipuri is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic, flavorful street food in Bangalore. The Dahi Puri and Sev Puri are two standout items that offer an irresistible blend of textures and flavors. The hygienic setup, well-maintained space, and consistent taste make it a reliable choice for food lovers. Whether you're enjoying the cooling curd in the Dahi Puri or savoring the crunch of the Sev Puri, both dishes offer a flavorful punch that is sure to satisfy your taste buds.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a panipuri shop in my neighborhood that left me absolutely delighted. This review aims to highlight the exceptional taste and exemplary hygiene standards that make this panipuri shop a standout culinary destination. Ambiance and Hygiene: The moment you step into this panipuri shop, you'll be greeted by a fresh, clean and inviting atmosphere. The entire space is immaculately maintained, reflecting their commitment to hygiene. The seating area is well-organized, comfortable, and properly ventilated. The staff members diligently follow hygienic practices, wearing gloves and maintaining a clean work environment. Taste Sensation: Now let's delve into the star of the show - the panipuri itself. Every bite of these delectable delights was bursting with flavors that made my taste buds dance with joy. The puris were crisp and light, perfectly balanced in size, and filled with a heavenly combination of tangy, sweet, and spicy flavors. The pani (spiced water) was just the right blend of freshness and zing, creating a delightful explosion of taste with every sip. The fillings were generously portioned and made with the freshest ingredients, ensuring a burst of flavors in every bite. Quality Ingredients: What truly sets this panipuri shop apart is its dedication to sourcing high-quality ingredients. The chutneys and fillings were made with fresh herbs, spices, and vegetables, which contributed to the vibrant and authentic taste. The hygiene standards were evident in the way the ingredients were handled, ensuring that every panipuri served was of the highest quality and free from any contamination. Service Excellence: The service at this panipuri shop was outstanding. The staff members were courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to address any queries or requests. They took immense pride in their work and were eager to provide recommendations based on individual preferences. The hygiene measures, such as regular handwashing and wearing gloves, were followed diligently, leaving customers with a sense of trust and satisfaction. Conclusion: In conclusion, this panipuri shop surpassed my expectations with its impeccable hygiene and exceptional taste. The hygienic environment, coupled with the burst of flavors in every bite, created an unforgettable culinary experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this panipuri shop to anyone in search of a delicious, hygienic, and satisfying panipuri experience. Started in the 1950’s as a small cart in the streets of Bengaluru, Aralimara Pani Poori has come a long way adjusting to the ever changing landscapes of Bengaluru. Many cultures have come and gone, but this Pani Poori has remained through it all. A relatively big shop now caters to the people, with one half focusing on the Pani Poori while the other half of the shop caters to other dishes, such as the masala poori, Bhel, Sev, and so on. We tried the following dishes while we were there. We started off with Pani Poori, not many people were around so we were lucky to get the plate on spot without having to wait for long. A nice blend of sweetness and spicy flavours make you want to keep having more than just a single plate of Pani Poori. Our personal favorite at Aralimara Pani Poori was the Masala Poori. The beauitful peas curry with crushed poori, sev, onions and chilli was one of the best Masala Poori’s we have had in the city of Bengaluru. The Dahi Poori was a little bit of a disappointment. The dahi was too thick, it wasn’t smooth and it did not go well with the poori and the masala. A smoother texture and a little more cool dahi can make a significant impact to this dish. We ended our journey at Aralimara Pani Poori with Sev Poori. The flat Poori with smashed aloo, masala powder, green chutney, imli chutney, and some sev on top. Yes, that is indeed the right way to make some delicious Sev Poori. The service is super fast, the place can be very crowded so standing and eating may not be the most comfortable thing to do since there won’t be much space. They accept digital payments as well so it is quite easy to pay and avoid waiting in line. Better to go early to avoid the rush and enjoy some delicious Chaats. You can find them at 68, Appu Rao Road, Raghavendra Colony, Chamrajpet, Basavanagudi, Bangalore. Budget Corner Pani Poori – 40 INR Masala Poori – 40 INR Dahi Poori – 50 INR Sev Poori – 50 INR Average Cost for two people would be 180 – 200 INR.
