Barbeque Nation- Yelahanka — Restaurant in Bengaluru

This is Barbeque Nation, located in Yelahanka, Bangalore. The first thing is that their ambience is good, and the service is also nice. The prices are around Rs. 850 and Rs. 900 for vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, respectively. My review will cover the cons and pros. Let’s start with the cons:

Cons: Service Speed: If you are a non-vegetarian, your food will be served in good time. However, for vegetarians, the food is served very late. As I am a non-vegetarian, I did not face any problems, but my vegetarian friend had to wait longer for their food.

2.Prices of the Buffet: The food prices are around Rs. 900 for non-vegetarian and Rs. 850 for vegetarian. In my opinion, you cannot eat enough to justify the Rs. 900 price. You might only consume food worth Rs. 500 to Rs. 600. However, it is okay for the experience, especially for the first time. But some time there will some offer where you can get these buffet in a price ranging from Rs.600 to Rs.700.

3.Taste of Food: The taste of all the foods is very nice except for the mutton curry. If you are from North India or East India (West Bengal, Odisha, etc.), you might not find the taste of proper mutton or khasi meat curry. This is a common issue in many restaurants in Bangalore.

Pros: Ambience: Their ambience is really nice. It is not like any bar or café; it feels like a family restaurant. So, you can take your family with you to Barbeque Nation. Staff: The staff and waiters are quite friendly and behave well with customers. Toilet facilities are...

Worst experience I ever had with any restaurant that I had till date:

Drinks were served after we are almost done with starters. Though they were served late, quality was expected. Drinks were served luke warm. When asked multiple times they got ice after 15-20 min by that time we were having the main course Kulfi was the worst that I ever tasted. Not at all at the level of quality that barbecue nation should have Plates were not cleared even after asking for 3 to 4 times. I have to literally get up myself and discard the used plates myself Washrooms were very dirty. Worse than public toilet. I understand that they were maintained by the mall. Buy if you are using it for your customers, it becomes your responsibility too to maintain them clean Veg biryani eas below average. 7.apart from kulfi, rest of the deserts were good. Few of the items served in the next table were not served to us. Nor we were Informed of the options other than naan and roti. As we have understood that their service is horrible we didn't even bother to ask them

Most of the employees want a positive review for the service. I feel most of the reviewers fall in the honey trap with the requesting words they say to forgive them in the last. But someone has to bring out the truth. Or else this will not end. That's what made me to write this long review

Definitely this branch is lacking quality. I personally do not recommend this place to anyone after my recent unpleasant experience.

Our go-to Barbeque Nation in Bangalore. We always had a enjoyable experience, love the staff and service.

However on a busy evening of February 14th, our booking for a table of 10 got delayed by 1 hour furthermore after we got a table, the food was delayed or reduced due to a busy day. All this added bitterness to our rather sweet past experience.

Later we had to rush through our dinner as it was near closing time and almost all the staff were in the mood to end the day, which I won't complain about since they had a busy day.

The good side of that evening was the staff. Their friendly attitude and their calm demeanor put a sweet twist to our experience. Sasank , Sunny, the front desk staff and frankly ever staff on that evening put in everything to ensure they ameliorate our experience.

Good on the staff and team! Need more work with the process of assigning tables.

To the management, please try to avoid such experience in the future as we love this branch and wish to visit in the future. Please notify any possibility of delays or don't take bookings if it's a busy day. The team did great, couldn't hand the flowers to show my appreciation to the folks.

Lastly, we love BN as they always inquiring about any dietary restriction, tailor the service to match our food preferences, parking option, compliment cakes, kid-friendly service and the list goes on. Hope my dil-se feedback helps the grill-se...
