KFC — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I don't usually do reviews, but this is needed.

Had an absolutely horrible experience right from ordering to the food. One of the self-ordering machine's screen was flikering so bad that I got a headache just from placing the order. The order did not show up on the board, to which upon asking was laughed on my face. The lady next to me was having a dog and was asking the employees to give her order quickly, but instead they stopped packing the food just to tell her to leave her dog and come back. Made her wait 5 mins after that argument just for a takeaway popcorn. Two people did not respond to me despite asking for my order, ignored me on my face. Then proceeded to serve me the coldest KFC I've ever had in-store. The drink had no cover, no straw, and you can see from the picture that it looks used. The eating of the food wasn't enjoyable as I was sweating due to the lack of AC. I used to love coming here for the ample space that it had, now this outlet is making me question my loyalty to the brand.

The only good aspect of this place is the ambience and infrastructure thanks to Prestige Plaza otherwise I have no reason to give a rating more than one. Looks like during the staffing process KFC, such a renowned brand picked up chaps from the street with no qualifications or experience, they are highly unprofessional. On top of this, half of the items of the actual menu are missing. I ordered a red grilled chicken biryani meal once and I got totally different items. Everytime I went to this particular KFC outlet the wait time was unbearably long, sometimes more than 45 minutes! KFC, you are a well established brand and your loyal customers would love anything but to be dissapointed from your staff and other mechanisms, please try correcting this outlet's problems. I don't have a problem with the same KFC brand from Rmz Galleria Mall outlet, they are so efficient in getting things done. Thanks...

Avoid parking roadside as the roadside area is a non-parking zone. Ample Parking: Yes Food Variety: Standard KFC Menu Food Quality: Not upto mark. Chicken was half cooked. It was difficult to chew. Also felt the size of the wings was not standard as what they serve in KFC. Food we tried: Tandoori Chicken Meal Fast/Slow Service: Average Staff: Staff is co-operative. Cleanliness: Average AC: It is there but I felt that it was off. Can go with Family: Yes Price: Standard KFC price Ambiance: Average. They have normal tables and chairs. Area is spacious.
