I really wish Google soon provides negative ratings for reviews coz that's what this place deserves. One of the worst "royal" restaurants and food one can taste. I'm not sure what they mean by calling themselves "royal" but never really got to experience much of that!!! If u want to order for lunch directly through their website I would suggest you do so first thing in the morning. Throughout the day you can work on building up your appetite by following up on your order and arguing with their customer service. I ordered two mutton biriyanis today. Absolutely no pieces in the biryani just rice was sent. Terrible service and quality!
