Biggies Burger: Hesaraghatta — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I recently visited Biggies Burger, excited to try their much-talked-about American cheeseburger. At first bite, the patty and other ingredients tasted amazing — juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. However, the cheese was a major letdown. It had an odd, unpleasant flavor that completely ruined the overall taste of the burger. It felt like it didn’t belong there and overshadowed all the good elements.

The experience was further dampened by the condition of the place itself. The staircase leading to the restaurant was broken, which felt unsafe and unwelcoming. For a brand that seems to focus on quality, the lack of proper maintenance and attention to detail was disappointing.

I hope they address these issues soon because the potential for a great burger experience is there, but it’s being overshadowed by these...

Needs improvement ,The fries were like too raw I think the fries must be in oil for one more minute and the burgers were good but having the same issue here undercooked I can still taste the rawness of the meat and I suggest not to buy the cold coffee it’s too thin and you’ll be unsatisfied for sure I suggest go down and get the thick shakes form BK IN CASE it’s a take away I would love to dine in more and more in the future if the issues are looked into and solved...

To start with, the service was too slow and we ordered paneer wrap, burgers, beverages and fries. They took their own time to serve.

Coming to food 1st we got wrap which had hair and we had to wait for another new1. Can rate burger 5 out of 10.

The worst part was the beverages they offered. We ordered blue heaven, tropical mango and iced hazelnut.

All drinks were worst.

Place looks good from outside and in pictures, please do not waste your money here....
