My recent dining experience at Sri Vishnu Park was deeply disappointing. Despite arriving at 9:30 PM with a relatively empty restaurant, our simple order of 4+1 Kulcha, Capsicum Gravy, 2 Kulcha, Capsicum Masala, and Paneer Tikka took a full hour to arrive. What was particularly concerning was the visibly stressed and frustrated server who was single-handedly managing orders, service, and billing. His agitation unfortunately manifested in a loud and angry demeanor towards us. While I can empathize with the server's situation and the potential mismanagement making him solely responsible, the service we received was unacceptable, especially considering the time taken for such a basic order. Furthermore, the quality was also lacking, as evidenced by the dryness of my plate when the second kulcha finally arrived (image attached). As a customer, I expect a reasonable level of service and quality, especially given the prices charged. For individuals from a lower-middle-class background like myself, dining out is a considered expense, and this experience felt like a complete waste of hard-earned money. It's disheartening to encounter such poor service and potentially inflated prices, adding to the financial pressures we already face. Consequently, I will not be returning to Sri Vishnu Park.

Read moreExtremely Disruptive Environment – No Concern for Residents We, the residents of the neighbouring building, are utterly exhausted and mentally harassed by the relentless noise and chaos caused by this restaurant. From as early as 4 AM until midnight, there is constant disturbance from the clanging of utensils, the loud operation of their kitchen, and the shouting of staff at the top of their voices. There seems to be absolutely no regard for the fact that this is a residential area, not an industrial zone. Our building houses three senior citizen couples, one of whom is a cardiac patient in need of a peaceful environment. We also have a 9-month-old baby who is unable to sleep properly due to the incessant noise, a doctor pursuing his MCh degree who struggles to concentrate, and students studying for PUC and engineering exams—all of whom are severely affected by this disturbance. Despite repeated polite requests to both the restaurant and building owners, nothing has been done. Multiple complaints have been ignored, showing a shocking lack of responsibility or basic decency from the management. This post is our last resort, made out of sheer desperation. We sincerely hope this brings some awareness and pressure to take immediate corrective action. No one should have to suffer like this in the comfort of...
