Gabru bistro and cafe — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The biggest issue was the complete lack of staff presence around the tables. Even when we needed something as simple as a salad, there was no one nearby to attend to us, and it took a lot of effort to get their attention. By the time the salad was finally served, most of the food was already finished, which made it pointless.

For a place that seems to pride itself on service, this was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Proper staffing and attentive service are basic expectations in hospitality, and sadly, this restaurant failed to deliver.

Definitely not the kind of experience I was expecting, and I would hesitate to return unless there are major improvements in staff attentiveness and...

Worst dining experience ever.

I waited 45 minutes and didn’t receive any service at all. The staff was more concerned with handling online orders than attending to the customers physically present in the restaurant. It was like I was invisible! The servers were too busy packaging food for delivery apps to care about the people actually sitting in front of them. Ridiculous and unprofessional. If you want to be ignored and treated like your time means nothing, this is the place for you. Prioritizing online orders over customers in the restaurant is a surefire way to lose business.
