I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this bakery shop, a place we've regularly visited in the past. The issues started with the chocolate Danish, which had a hair in it - completely unacceptable. But things went downhill from there. We tried their blueberry cheesecake for the first time, and it was a huge letdown. The cake was made with gelatin, which we weren't expecting, and the overall taste was pathetic.

To add insult to injury, when I expressed my disappointment to the cashier and mentioned we wouldn't be returning, their response was essentially "where will you eat cheesecake?" - a completely unprofessional and arrogant remark. It's clear they're not interested in retaining customers or improving their products.

This will definitely be our last visit. We'll be taking our cheesecake cravings elsewhere.

We had ordered an eggless cake and the cake had small contents of egg which caused a serve allergic reaction to my cousin. The cake was also sour and not edible. After reporting the issue they refused to admit the problem saying they “always” serve fresh cake. We had to bring back the cake and had to give them a Sample of their cake to finally get a partial refund. They did not give a full refund citing that we did not call them at the time we cut the cake (midnight 12). Horrible customer service. NEVER BUY EGGLESS CAKE FROM...

My sister ordered 8 cup cakes online on my birthday from this store but it turned out to be stale and absolute pathetic. The cake base was so hard that you could hit someone with it. The cream topping was like cheap roadside one.

And when called Zomato for the quality issue, they didn't take responsibility as it was quality issue so we called outlet itself but they also were not ready to take responsibility. I would never recommend anyone for this...
