Have been ordering these cup cakes from last 5 years, but recently quality has become worst. Almost all cakes sent are stale n cream has turned sour. Horrible experience, v order it for our kids, imagine the health issues if they eat spoilt cup cakes. Tried to complain in swiggy but no use. No quality check what so aware. Same thing repeated 3 times, since my kid used to love it a lot v kept trying but not anymore. Leaving review here so that parents are aware. Another funny thing is, once they sent an extra surprise cake saying thank you in the note but the cake was completely spoilt, imagine the horror I felt....

I was looking for customized cupcakes when i came across this place in kormangla and then called them to know about how they do, they don’t use any fondant or icing they use edible ink to print whatever design we want, i asked them to prepare game of thrones theme cupcakes for which i sent the design. I got them delivered on time with all the flavors which i wanted, the cupcakes are comparatively smaller in size when I compare to other outlets where i had them earlier. The taste was really good, only the thing i felt that the printing was not that good, some printing was not even...

The worst service is provided by them i will request you to not order any cakes from here. I had ordered the cake before placing the Oder everything what ever i asked they keep telling they will provide then after paying the amount and placed order. they have shown there own faces.

This people are really money mind people and don't have minim common senses to behave with the customers and very worst people and worst behavior.

Finally they have not even given my amount back they will not give also worst people.
