No response or notification from Box8 if the food material was out of stock already. I only had to start the probe and I was offered Biryani without fried onion topping. Seriously, did executive know difference between steamed rice and Biryani???

Executive on chat was rude (check the chat history in your record). Did not even bother to acknowledge cancellation of the order. Just cancelled the order and went off (check chat history in your records). I only had to go back and found the order was cancelled.
