If you're reading this, let me save you your weekend and say that this place is not worth the hype. The entire experience was extremely overrated, and the customer service left a lot to be desired.
Firstly, let's talk about the customer experience. I observed that the person who appeared to be the face of the establishment, possibly the owner, was terrible at handling feedback and criticisms from customers. During my visit, a customer expressed concerns about the Brahmana Prasadam (BP) team's lack of responsiveness over telephonic booking. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the owner became defensive and started justifying his team's actions. It was quite disheartening to witness such unprofessional behavior. Furthermore, the staff seemed unorganized, and crowd control was amateurish and lacked clarity.
Moving on to the food, as someone belonging to the same community that the establishment represents, I was disappointed to find that the food was not as culturally rooted as it was marketed. The taste was average at best, and the portions were lacking. In the brahmin tradition, it is customary to be served every dish twice, but this was missing from the dining experience. To make matters worse, you had to specifically ask for a second serving; otherwise, you would not be served. The service was fast-paced, leaving little time in between dishes.
On a positive note, the ambience was pleasant, and the paintings added a nice touch to the atmosphere. However, it seemed that the establishment prioritized the aesthetics over the importance of food and service quality.
I would only recommend this place if you're looking for something other than North Indian or Italian cuisines. However, if you're seeking an authentic brahmin dining experience, I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment.
To the establishment, I would like to emphasize the importance of maintaining the true essence and values that your establishment represents. Building a successful business should not come at the cost of diluting the authenticity and core principles upon which it...

They make long claims of everything being served hot but that's not actually true and service is the worst experience I had today.
This was my first visit and ofcourse will be the last one.
There is nothing special about the food they are serving, everything tastes the same as any other restaurant.
In fact the wait will not end soon, it will also continue even after you are made to sit in front of the Banana leaf the food will be served only after 10 minutes.
I wondered why the Banana leaf to be very small in size when compared to normal restaurants, Sooner I understood after the food was served, so they just wanted to make the customer feel the food was served leaf full.
Long claims of food being hot and served hot only but most of the items were served cold and about unlimited I should laugh about it. the people who were serving, when you ask them once more to serve the food, they were giving kind of looks and the gestures were like "what you want another serving???"
This is truly over hyped restaurant. Food is overly priced and to my surprise today they ask me while paying for the food that if I would like to try the rabdi for which they charged me ₹80 extra other than the food ₹250 rupees for the meal. at the end of the meal they came to serve this special sweet called rabdi but having seen the cup in which they were serving, I felt it to be too less because its half coffee cups. I requested them to parcel it for me, so they put it in a plastic box and ofcourse I should appreciate that they didn't charge me for it. but when I came back to home and tried it. It wasn't special after all, it just tasted like regular payasam with the mild flavour of kesar and that's all. I took a weighing scale and checked before and after placing the empty cup. it turns out to be the per serving for this Rabadi was just 30 grams.
All in all I can say that this restaurant will soon lose its credibility if they don't work on...
Read moreIt's lengthy review as I am trying to cover many aspects in single review.
Date visited - Sunday, February 19, 2023.
Overall rating - 3 - One time visit is ok.
Possible improvements - Service, management, food portions.
Venue/location - 2.5 This is tiny place which can accommodate max 18/22 people at a time. You will have choice of either use table/chair OR sit on the floor. You will need to wait if tables are occupied OR adjust by sitting on floor if you can. Hand wash place can be more specious and neatly maintained.
Food - 3.5 Coming to food, taste is fine.
While reserving for lunch it was informed that this is unlimited lunch, however portions served were very small with no repeat round of food items. If you asked for specific food item again, it was served, with little follow up and there was hesitation too as if items were prepared keeping approximate no of lunch to be served for the day in mind. Usually menu would be pre-published via WhatsApp group. All menu items mentioned were available, however with very small portions Capsicum/aaloo palya - serving portion was 2 teaspoon. First rice serving with tuppa/daal - half cup Aakki roti - 1 - size was equivalent or may be little more than regular poori size
Service - 2.5 Timings mentioned is 12:00 noon - 3:30 noon, however first serving started at 12:55 as food arrived late. Service was kind of ok ok... serving people seems to be novice/bit confused. They were not monitored by anyone. Also preference were given to the parcel first rather than service to in...
