Sri Sai Barbeque (100% Pure veg BBQ) — Restaurant in Bengaluru

There is a lot of hype about this place, and many food bloggers have been covering them

So decided to visit them, and this was a weekday evening. We asked for their Honey Pineapple and the lady was so rude to say there is a long Q and we have to wait and we have to wait for 1 hour to know if she can serve or not. I was baffled by her unprofessional and rude attitude and but let it slide as it could’ve been a bad day, and left the place

A relative had come home and had heard about them. So we decided to try our luck this time, again on a week day

Guess what, similar behaviour. The lady talks as if she is serving food for free. I reckon all the fame has gotten into her head and throwing attitude around.

Any business would like to grow and retain their customers with good and polite behaviour. But this lady seems to behave in a very different way thinking she can treat the incoming customers to her whims

If this is how they treat customers, am sure they’d not last long. Food bloggers will covering as they need new places every hour to draw views, these guys will put up a fake polite face on videos but eventually people will come to know the truth

Terribly disappointed with the experience. I guess whoever has showered positive reviews were just lucky. A good business never sends its customers empty handed or treat them rudely. Hope these folks rent some class and good behaviour from somewhere

Food was very tasty. I would have highly recommend if they had given good service. I am just rating 3 because of their service. We tried only 2 dishes bcs of the crowd. It was too crowded. They should maintain it properly. No token system. They just take the names with the order. If you order 3-4 types of variety, they don't call your name at all They just keep on serving the people who order one or two variety We had ordered 4 items out of which we got only two inspire of waiting around 30 min. When we asked about remaining two, they were telling like they haven't prepared it. Once the current barbecue is done they will start it. We had given all 4 order together. So we cancelled that two orders which they had not prepared.

Guys it is too crowded. We went around 7 and crowd was horrible. I saw so many people left bcs of seeing that crowd. May be they are experienced customers😛

The lady running this is one of the most arrogant persons I've seen. I came here watching Kripal's video and was shocked at the 180 degrees opposite experience of what is shown in the video.

All i asked was if she can take my order for the butter brocolli and she said we had to wait for one hour. I merely asked her if she can make it quick, and she started yelling saying if customers don't have patience they can get lost. It was a very insulting behavior and absolute rouge behaviour.

We started heading back right away and she kept mumbling to herself.

At the same time, one of her customers said her bbq was too salty and she started being rude to them too

For all the hype about this place, the truth is something else. If this is how the lady behaves, they'd run out of business soon for sure

Hope they get better for their own sake. Else they are not the only ones selling bbqs. There are 1000s around the city, which they seem to...
