Brahmins' Thatte Idli — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Today morning that is on 29th Sunday I hve visited the place food is horrible took idly and set dosa idly is good and set dosa what they prepared it was horrible chutney was full of salt no sagu for set dosa only sambar wen I asked for masala dosa he told it is finished and wen I went to collect my order the same was available cashier has misguided me and the staff are too much of arrogant and full of attitude this will be my first and last visit to Brahmin tatte idly store which is in sultan palya Bangalore I request the manager team or owner to look after this small things and teach ur staff how to behave with customers .wen we say that something is bad the staff aggressively said to report anyone you want...... I request you take care of ur staff...

Food is ok and over priced. When I visited this time no one was there at peak time and I got know to why. One of the elderly person came for takeaway of idli, It was 45 rupees per idli and he simply left. This is the most priced in locality for small restaurant. Takeaway charges are insane they’re charging 10-15 rupees per item and 7 rupees for small paper bag. Staff attitude is rude towards all sort of customers, this place desperate change of staff. No one is available at counter and someone comes from inside, staff behaves as if they don’t have anything to do with restaurant. I have been here 2 times and this will be my last. Newly operating branch, opened on the first week of April 2021.

They are yet to place boards like menu, drinking water, handwash, parcel counter etc. There is no wash room, no parking for 4 wheelers. Bike parking is available.

Quality of the food is great, place is hygienic, rates are little high (Rs. ~50 for puliyogare, shavige bath), Coffee is world's best. Very less seating capacity, as it's more of fast food so its stand and eat approach.

As B.T.I has brand value, even though this branch is newly opened and less known to public, expect crowd & queues on...
