Irecently had dinner at Break Point Restaurant in Yemlur, and unfortunately, it was far from a pleasant experience. I ordered grilled chicken along with rumali roti, expecting a flavorful and well-cooked meal. However, the chicken tasted off — more like dry-aged or old stock, with a tough texture and an unpleasant aftertaste.

Concerned about the quality, I politely asked the staff if the chicken was fresh. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, they reacted arrogantly and dismissively. I was told bluntly, "If you want to eat, eat. Otherwise, get out of the restaurant." I was shocked by their behavior — not only was my concern ignored, but I was made to feel like I was creating a scene for no reason.

Hey I given 4* for Atul and kitchen team but the guy who sits in cash with thick moustache (sorry I don't know his name) don't know customer service kindly change him for better service. My family visited today at 9.30 every items got delayed tea came after bill which I wanted first. Motton was not cooked I took parcel. Ginger chicken ordered fully with ginger even that parceled.
