Iza Pan Asian dining has been on my radar for quite long, especially their Sunday Brunch, which seemed very interesting, but I managed to only end up for a dinner here recently and absolutely loved every bit of it, reassuring a Sunday Brunch plan with family soon. While that happens soon, here is what I enjoyed here for dinner, starting with Korean Gochujang Chicken Meatballs. This saucy and spicy appetizer had that quintessential Korean Kick, but the meat was also very juicy and satisfying. I would eat these meatballs with a bowl of jasmine rice for dinner, any day. Next came the Salon Sushi with some roe on top, made by the expert Chef as I watched, and dropped at my table fresh, this was extremely delicious, with or without the soy and wasabi, yet I relished on the thin shavings of ginger. The Rocket Prawns were super crispy with almost mousse-like prawn filling that complemented the crisp in every bite, which was only mellowed down by the mini pool of thick cocktail dressing.
The minimal, yet classy ambiance also featured a Sushi Conveyor that wasn’t operational, probably for the Sunday Brunch, but they do serve freshly brewed TOIT beers on tap alongside other popular brand kegs.
It was finally time for some steamed dumpling and dim sum goodness and the wild mushroom and truffle dim sum not just looked pretty, tasted absolutely delicious. The pork dumplings on a broth had a heavy strength of lemon grass, that made it less desirable for me. The Blue Pea and Chicken dim sums looked stunning and was such a pleaser to indulge in steamed meaty goodness.
When Waugh’s Curried Prawns arrived, little did I know about its Thai connection, the cook on the prawns was 10/10 while the creamy almost paste-like coconut curry sauce was spot on, really strong but thoroughly a bliss to taste.
All this was just 30% of the actual menu, apart from Main course and desserts, and after sampling this array of wonderful starters, I had to keep my mains and dessert light. So no Thai Curries or Carb heavy rice mixes, I simply opted for the next best thing to soup, a ramen. A classic Chicken Katsu Ramen that had a wonderful flavour-layered broth that I simply could not resist finishing up, while the noodles were just right. It was a veggie galore, from edamame to asparagus, Bok choy to seaweed, that apart from the Chicken Katsu star that I enjoyed from the beginning till the end.
Dessert too I kept it light with the Raindrop Cake, that was a mild and light tender coconut water jelly, garnished with a side of coconut popping boba, a generous helping of peanut power, and a grenadine stewed water chestnut and coconut milk poured on. It was an extremely unique and art-like dessert that I enjoyed from the whole drama of presentation till the last scoop.
Now that I have sampled some of the best Iza has to offer, that Sunday Brunch here can’t wait long and I had to make plans with family to devour all the goodness this fantastic Pan Asian Space in Yemlur within the Divyashree tech park complex has to offer, you do try and keep me updated on what you...

Been a fan of Asian food for long enough to say this place serves some of the best you can find! It's fairly new, looks amazing, and is in a cozy location where you're not bombarded with traffic noise. Beautiful interiors, super friendly staff and it's right in the middle of Divyashree Technopolis and a perfect place to have wonderful food and maybe host corporate dining too, if you're looking for one.
Food wise, their menu is truly unique. You'll find crispy edamame, potato pavé (unbelievably beautiful layers, btw), Gejrot tofu, and more unique pieces just in the starters section. The menu keeps on getting better as you read. The sushi and dimsum sections are thoughtfully created for vegetarian customers as well, a blessing to someone like me. Highly recommended their cream cheese chilli & celery dimsum, wild mushroom & truffle dimsum and asparagus & truffle uramaki sushi. They were probably the best dimsum and sushi I've had! Do not skip their avocado and raw mango with rockets salad- the dressing will surprise you. Their veg ramen and Thai curry were very fulfilling. The broth in the ramen was so perfectly balanced and brought the other ingredients together. Their Thai green curry is something you don't want to miss either, it's your perfect comfort food. The balance of flavours in all of their dishes is very consistent, something notably admirable and surprisingly hard to find. Before you're done, I'd highly suggest you also have their famous Raindrop cake. This is a HEAVENLY dessert!!! We were lucky enough to meet the wonderful Chef Sajo and we just couldn't stop talking about the cake! He very kindly explained to us how the menu was created and the fusion experiments that went into it. All in all, this place is a 10/10 on everything. We see visiting this place when we are tired of the same old menu you get in most restaurants in Bangalore. It's a breath...
