I recently ordered a small cappuccino from Costa Coffee through Zomato, and I must say, the experience was largely positive! First, I want to highlight the packaging—it was thoughtfully done, ensuring the coffee cup was secure with no leaks or spills during transit. The design of the packaging was neat and professional, giving a premium feel to the entire experience.

The coffee itself tasted wonderful, just as expected from Costa Coffee. The blend was rich, creamy, and well-balanced, delivering the comforting and familiar taste I was looking forward to. However, I noticed that the coffee wasn’t as hot as it ideally should have been upon arrival. While it was warm enough to enjoy, a little more effort to maintain the temperature during delivery would elevate the customer experience significantly.
