I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Burger King, particularly with the quality of a home delivery order placed around 2:00 a.m. Despite the brand’s persistent marketing of “freshness guaranteed,” the products I received were far from acceptable, bordering on inedible.
The burgers arrived stale, with the buns dry and the fillings lacking both texture and taste. The supposed “Veg Fingers” were soggy, limp, and oil-laden, offering no semblance of crispness or freshness. It was glaringly evident that the food had either been prepared well in advance and poorly stored, or had been reheated before dispatch — a practice that completely contradicts their advertised commitment to quality.
At such an hour, one might allow for minor logistical hiccups, but the state of the food delivered was nothing short of appalling. If a brand as prominent as Burger King cannot maintain basic standards during off-peak hours, it raises serious concerns about consistency and customer respect.

We visited Burger King recently and had a very unpleasant experience that truly let us down. 😞🍔
We placed an order for the Whopper, but after waiting 5 minutes, the staff informed us it was not available. No prior info or update — extremely unprofessional! ❌⌛
They offered to replace it with something else at the same price, so we asked for a fried chicken burger instead. While we agreed, the handling of the situation lacked courtesy and proper communication that to brought after 20mins. 🤷♂️🍗
The ambiance was very poor — no AC, the place felt stuffy and uncomfortable, especially during a family outing. ❌❄️👎
To add to it, there was only one staff member on the floor managing everything, leading to delays and disorganized service. My family felt extremely disappointed and let down by the entire experience. 😔👨👩👧👦
Sadly, this visit has left a bad impression, and we’ve decided we will not return to this restaurant again. A global brand like Burger King should uphold better standards of service and facility. ❗🙅♂️💔

Yesterday, my friends and I visited the Burger King franchise in Vijayanagar. We ordered the Jr. Whopper Chicken, which is advertised as having seven layers of toppings. Initially, everything seemed fine, but when our order arrived, we were very disappointed. Instead of lettuce, they used cabbage leaves inside the burger, and to make matters worse, the cabbage was neither fresh nor properly cleaned.
We also ordered a combo offer, but one of the burgers was missing toppings, and again, there was no lettuce. This is, by far, the worst Burger King franchise I've encountered in Bengaluru. I’m not sure if it was just us who had such a poor experience, but I would urge others to be cautious before ordering from this location.
To top it all off, after eating the burger, I developed a throat infection and felt sick, which required me to take a medical leave.
