I will be very straightforward in giving few feedbacks..

Firstly, your warm welcome and way of talking is highly appreciated!

I found your place a little over priced, there were only 15 adults & 1 kid(5+)..

U have only 1 waiter to serve everyone (the party & other guests)..

Most of my guests liked the food, but the service provided by onesta 5 months back, for 26-27 adults was much much ahead, and bill amount was same. So, with 10 adults less, if the bill is same, why will i ever come to your place again??

I am very disappointed by the billing part, i never argued with you, as it doesn't matter much to me.. But when i actually compared with onesta, i felt somewhat cheated.

Your lift wasn't working, my tauji, 90 years old, had to climb up the stairs! I invited him coz there was a lift in your building. Very disappointed!

Please work upon all these...

Recently we celebrated our son's birthday at this place and it was such an amzing experience there. Mr.Prateek, the owner of Cafe 64 was present through out overlooking all the arrangements inspite of his other personal engagements. The food was delicious. Each and every item on the menu was tasty. They made sure the flow of entire program was smooth. All the staff was extremely helpful and polite. The magician Mr.Prateek suggested was a huge hit amongst kids and adults alike. Everyone enjoyed and I am still getting messages from my friends as how much they enjoyed being there. Our son was smiling throughout the program. My friends had been here before and they praised the food so we went today to try it and regretted. The chilli garlic bread was good but the pasta was watery (apparently customers want it more creamy), the pizza had no taste, coffee was good, drinks were good and the finale! The pancakes took the cake and we promised ourselves never to enter this place again. Pancakes were burnt on the outside, as u can see in the pic, and inside it was soggy. But the managers/owners attitude was even worse. They argued that pancakes are made this way. And the customers wanted the pasta more creamy so it's watery. Terrible experience.
