Cafe Mamma Mia — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Its with great disappointment and sadness I write this feedback. It was one of those most embarrassing days I have ever witnessed in my life. It would be really sad if it would happen to anyone. I had ordered for a cake from here for my sons 3rd year birthday and the delivery did not happen on time and when I followed up they delivered the cake. I opened up in front of my friends and relations and wanted to show them my choice of the cake with pride. To my utter dismay the cake had cracks and the football type design had literally popped out of the cake center. I was speechless and I had to answer some uncomfortable questions from my relations and friends as to where this cake was ordered and how such a thing can happen. Small cracks are OK but this is a complete damage with name of my son also not clear.

I called up the store and they told me I can get another cake in 45mins-1 hour. . How can I make all my invitees wait with the food also waiting to be served. They were apologetic however the cake had ruined my family happiness.This could not have happened if the delivery guy would have been more careful.

I had also paid the total amount 1 week back itself. This experience was such a bitter one that I cannot forget it in my life time more so when my son was asking me Papa Why is the cake like this !!! I felt so sad for him.

I have always had a good experience at Mamma Mia, Basaveshwaranagar until today ie 16 Oct 2019. I purchased half kg ready chocolate cake last evening for my son’s b’day & after tasting it, realised that the chocolate was tasting & smelling like cockroach & the chocolate part of the pastry was stale & sour. Everyone in the family gave up eating it. I went to the outlet to complain but the staff there were hell bent upon proving me wrong. I had no reason to complain & return more than half of the purchased cake at the outlet after having paid for the full cake. They DO sell old stock & I think the factory is unhygienic & dirty based on my today’s experience. Only the outlet is presentable! They don’t have a decent policy for complaints & issues..staff just don’t bother losing long term customers & don’t give you a solution. Manager doesn’t bother picking calls inspite of calling him a 100 times & doesn’t even call back!! My suggestion to everyone who still want to go to Mamma Mia would be to place an order for a fresh cake rather than buying anything in their outlet. I’m not going back to this...

A cafe which offers a lot more! On a rainy evening, we ordered a takeaway. At first I thought the prices would be high, but they were pretty decent compared to other cafe's. We ordered Garlic Toast with Cheese and Bruschetta with Tofu, Corn and Olives for starters. Hawaiian Rhapsody with extra sweet corn topping and Spaghetti Aglio E Ollo ( first food item who's name I can't pronounce and still tried it!) for main course. To top it off, we ordered Pineapple Pie and Mango Mousse for desserts. The spaghetti wasn't upto the mark either! As we progressed towards the desserts, we barely had any space left. Yet we dared to eat Mango Mousse and it was just amazing, but the Pineapple Pie ruined the whole meal ( I suggest you not to try this! ). At oddly ₹400, it left us full. The ambiance is maintained clean and has around 10 table. The only downside is the service time. I would surely be back to try...
