Worst service, pathetic food.

when we called customer care he said,Your location is wrong so what to do and he is talking very rudely and disconnecting the call.

And the delivery person is also very rude. When we called the delivery person named Arun Lodhi for directions. He went to the wrong location and started arguing with us and he doesn't have any manner and very bad beviour, first he said I am in Deepanjali Nagar metro station, then I asked him I am also there only just stand in main I will collect the food. After 10 seconds he said I am in 2 wheeler parking in front of Deepanjali Nagar metro station, but he was not there, he was telling a lie and he was there in nayanandahalli metro station, and then we inform the about the location, he said I don't know your location I will return the food to resturant, we were trying to guide him the location but he was not ready to listen to our direction guidens instead of he started scolding in broken English, excuse me mam your location is wrong, I will not deliver your food I will return in it to resturant, I am not mad person wherever you want I should I deliver the food, we were requested a lot, final friend requested like begging then he agreed, I don't know how they hired him, while delivering the food he said mind your language mam...!!! What does it mean...??? What did I say like that...??

I'm a regular visitor to your Rajajinagar branch and have always good food quality and the small improvements in the restaurant’s atmosphere over time.... However I recently had an experience that I feel needs attention....

On my recent visit with friends, we ordered a chicken biryani, and unfortunately I found a small insect in it While I understand that such incidents can happen in busy kitchens and very common thing too it was promptly replaced quickly and I am thankful for that.

The main issue was with one of the staff members Mr. Nithin (who Ig he is the chief server)... He requested feedback which is good but his approach was unprofessional.. He stood very close to our table talking and laughing loudly with his colleagues.. which felt very bad disgusting and inappropriate for a dining environment.... This behavior made me uncomfortable too....

I request to ampire management that Mr. Nithin and the staff at Rajajinagar branch If this issue is not addressed I may reconsider visiting or recommending the restaurant in future.....
