This place is seems have gained popularity because of social media the hype given in social media to what it is in reality is quite worst

I visited on Saturday over crowded staff incapable of handling the crowd ,kitchen unable to cater when overcrowded staff are not courtesy untrained unskilled staff

Wen went we had to find table on our own n gab the table no one take the reservation n call you once table available

Once you get table you have to remind staff that you have to be served after requesting for 15mins they gave banana leaf and next 15mins we have remind they to serve food

Starter Panner ,gobi manchurian ,cheese ball papad soup 2-types roti ,3varities rice tawa pulav curd rice rasam rice ice cream gulab jamun buttermilk which (had house files inside it ) dal and kurma was served

Dishes were served one time couple of pieces oly wen we asked them to repeat they said Panner is loaded in grill they never served it still last even after repeated request not oly Panner other items too I was feeling paying money we are begging for food

Staff they don’t know which table they served which table they just walk around like Robots do nothing

We pointed at files and not serving food they way it has to be served and we has they we came because of social media we came in it’s not as per expectation

They easily said mam it’s weekends and overcrowded pls visit us in weekdays to have better experience ( so they want me spend another 1300 to they low quality food )

worst parking we had to pay 100rs for next restaurant parking slot by requesting them since the Crepito had no parking

A list of points to be explained. 1)Worst service: Service was too delayed, they took nearly 20 min to dine each food. No waiter was being assigned or none of them cared where customer is sitting and what they are ordering. Servers are very much carless as they are throwing food on dinning table. 4-5 people gather near billing counter as if they are watching TV and least bothered about customer dinning. This kind of service is not acceptable, I don't know what kind management owner is doing. 2) Food Experience: Too costly and the quantity is very less, believe me they are not even provided onion and raita even after requesting. Too much delay in dinning food. 3) Billing: This people serve food taking time of about 20min but they provide bills immediately within 30sec, i made payment through zomato gold, and this people are not accepting the payment and yelling at me stating payment is not reflecting without checking at the system, they are denying my payment as they need card/cash payment not through online.

I even called owner but this guy is not ready to speak and giving others to speak. Dear Management,

I have paid money for your service, i have not given any stones. I came with my family, i did not speak up and controlled very much as i don't want to speak in front of my family. The worst experience and worst restaurant.

I would not recommend anyone to go for this kind of bad...
