Cake Zone... Assured Safety is what you have mentioned. Please take a look at their max safety!! Don't fool yourself by looking at the tag of Max safety by Zomato. I personally visited this place in Rajajinagar and ordered Nutella Jar and got a chocolate truffle instead. Quality of cake and the way he prepared it was totally bad. When enquired person said he will be using a packed brownie..but instead used a piece of cake which was lying on the table which was so pathetic. Please don't order food from here. Zomato please don't fool your customers without assuring hygiene and safety. Absolutely no hygiene. They will fool you with good package and use the dirty cake piece which is lying around...

Tried their Butterscotch cake on a friend’s birthday recently, It was tasty 😋, I was sceptical in the beginning looking at their Cloud Kitchen Type Setup, but then one of the Staff member offered me to taste a Ferrero Jar before making my decision, It Tasted Good , that’s when I went ahead to purchase the Readily available Butterscotch cake.

Coming to Cleanliness : My advise to the team is that please keep the place well Lit with better lighting and Cleaner premise , maybe don’t have a direct view of your kitchen to the customer assuming you have a lot to do on your kitchen work station which as a customer I wouldn’t be comfortable if it’s messy around no matter how much...

Very bad experience. They spoiled my Valentine's day surprise. Today I ordered a pack of 6 cupcakes to deliver at my husband's place. But the delivery person told that packaging was so bad, that all the icing on the cake was spilled into his bag and he couldn't deliver. He shared the pictures of the bad packaging.
