Location : the hotel is located on dr.Rajkumar main road , next to detailing mafia car shop. The nearest metro station is Kuvempu road and Rajajinagar , and if you’re taking bus from majestic you can get down in Manjunath nagar . We should walk 10mints both from metro and bus stop to reach the place.
Place : hotel sagar as name says was established in 90”s earlier they had one restaurant but now they have expanded and there are 3 hotels situated side by side. You can either sit inside the hotel by taking token or you can stand outside and eat ( which most do People choose as it will be crowdy in weekends ) or you can order food and they will serve it you so that you can sit inside your car and eat( extra charges applicable ). When I reached the spot as it was weekend it was bit crowdy, there are two option to order food one through machine and other you can reach out to person who will be standing in-front of chats shop , he takes your order and you can pay him through cash or online.
Here in sagar hotel menu is all veg containing south and north foods including chats and milkshakes. Since mango milk shake is there speciality I went to try it and trust me even though it costs around 180 it’s a must try.
I ordered dahi poori which was ok ok (5/10) , tava pulav( basically tomato bath which I rate 6/10 as it was not tasty as expected ) , mango milk shake (10/10) and strawberry milkshake (9/10) these shakes are must try.
There are many other items in menu but I could not try , if your visiting you can taste it and let me know in comments so that I can taste them next time.
Overall a must visit with friendly and family and I rate them 7/10 considering food quality, taste and price.
Once you order tava pulav or vada paav go towards the right end where the shetter would be half open and give your bill they will give your order, spoons will be available near chat corner and empty plates should be kept in drums after eating.
Take your own water bottle and tissue as it will be difficult without them , they have kept separate hand wash outside to wash hands.
Since the hotel is in main road on weekdays no issue to park near the hotel but in weekends if your early and lucky space will be there else you should park away and...

Availability: A notable advantage is its year-round availability. Unlike seasonal mango treats, this beverage ensures you can relish the taste of mangoes any day of the year.
Price Point: At ₹160 per serving, it leans towards the pricier side, especially when compared to standard mango juices. However, the added value of real mango pieces and the consistent quality might justify the cost for mango enthusiasts seeking a premium experience.
If you're a mango aficionado willing to indulge a bit, this juice offers a rich and authentic taste that stands out from typical mango beverages.
🍛 Misal Pav – ₹90
Taste & Authenticity: The misal pav you experienced offers a palatable introduction to this iconic Maharashtrian dish. While it captures the essence of misal with its combination of sprouted lentils and spices, it may not fully embody the depth and complexity found in traditional versions from regions like Kolhapur or Pune. The spice level is moderate, making it accessible to a wider audience, though it might not satisfy those seeking the fiery kick characteristic of authentic misal.
Texture & Presentation: The dish presents a harmonious blend of textures, with the softness of the pav complementing the crunch of the farsan topping. However, the rassa (spicy gravy) could benefit from a richer consistency and more robust flavor to elevate the overall experience.
Value for Money: At ₹90, this misal pav provides a satisfying meal that is both filling and affordable. It's a commendable option for those new to misal or looking for a milder version of the dish.
Overall: This rendition of misal pav serves as a decent, if not entirely authentic, representation of the dish. It's suitable for casual dining and offers a taste of Maharashtrian cuisine without overwhelming the palate. For a more traditional and spicy experience, one might explore establishments known for their authentic...
