i dont even want to give 1 star. very very wrost experience. Cake was broken and they did not ask me for any message on the cake. i called them before delivery and that shop person tells delivery boy should collect the message from you. again i called delivery boy, he tells shop keeper should ask you for message but am already on the way to deliver it. i consoled myself and said its ok but when i saw the cake delivered it was broken one side. i called shopkeeper and he speaks very irresponsibe and disconnects the phone. these people spoils the good day and celebration day. that shopkeeper is not even bothered to ask sorry. very rude shopkeeper and just for half KG cake i have paid 800rs..very wrost people and...

You send to forget the cake flavour that I ordered and then no basic things provided along with the cake even for so called premium cake and then the statement from half-cute stating that I ordered directly to cake zone so nothing can be done but after finding out that it was ordered through them they want further calls to be arranged etc etc.... messed...

Ordered cake from Amazon. These guys are cheaters. They say it's 500 gram cake, but when checked it's actually around 200 gram only... Looters and cakes are just average. Will never recommend.. there are so many other cake shops in Bangalore, will never try again this... *Thanks to Amazon as they verified my complaint and...
