ibis Bengaluru Hosur Road — Hotel in Bengaluru

Stayed in the hotel for 14 days this month. The hotel is good and the service is also very nice. The rooms are nice and the area of the room is small I feel.. Ventilation is not there as it's a closed window due to centralised AC. If a person want to breathe some fresh air need to comeout of the hotel. Service wise very good and immediate response. Mainly house keeping person "James" was very supportive and helped a lot. Kitchen wise we will be having complementary breakfast which is so good with different items. In the kitchen "yashwanth" who prepares dosa was very supportive and answered nicely and politely to the people.

All the staff is very nice in assisting the people. Location wise as it's completely outside of the city it is not that much good.. If we want to go by bus we need to walk around 500 meters towards both sides of the hotel. The metro station is nearby and services have not started yet. In the lobby we have games and a music area along with drinks and beverages. Overall my experience is good...

No difference in veg and non-veg over here. I saw in dinner time, chicken was fried in the oil and then veggies were also fried in the same oil. The dishes were chicken lollipop and crispy fried vegetables. Also, the Chinese gravy was also prepared in the same kadhai. Just to confirm on the above point the frying and readiness of these items were happening at the live-counter area. So, this was visible from the buffet area. The hotel staff is very un-repsonsive as they never respond on the call at their number registered over Goibibo, MMT and their website. I complained regarding this and also called in front of them to confirm their number. But their response is just Customer is wrong.

Final recommendation from my side, do not visit this hotel for food atleast if you are vegetarian as they will ruin your religion by mixing veg and non-veg food.

I am staying here for 2 weeks and let me tell you, in my history of 30 years I havent seen a weirder hotel.

Their services are super rigid and non-flexible. At sharp 10:30 they wind up their buffet like a robot irrespective of how many people are still eating and in the dining area. Their intent is not client service and hospitality but they operate by the clock. The moment at turns 10:31 am—- all the best chasing food and waiters they are done packing up their shifts and will straight up refuse to get you anything irrespective of if you were waiting in line or want a refill. Clockstrikes 10:30 and the food vanishes within 5 minutes

Avoid this hotel at all costs as intent here is to just tick a box that we have a bfast buffet They dont care about customer...
