Cauvery biriyani house — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Food- Average or below average Flys everywhere flying around the food and table. Dirty menu card, you may need to wash hands after touching it. Service - it's depends on the person who takes your orders. We had a bad experience. Most of the menu items like French fries, icecream, milkshake we order were unavailable and the fan was not working as per the gentleman who took our orders. One of the water tap was leaking heavily and draining the owner's wallet.

Atmosphere is good, we enjoyed the table and bunch layout, ample space for parking, a lot of potential benefits of location itself. The cleaning staff was good, neat and humble.

The maintenance person must ensure the working of fan, water taps and other essentials, and the service people must get some training on good customer care.

I can't comment on the skill of chef as the taste biriyani changes from place to place. Anyways this time, it didn't entertain my tastebuds. Apologies for the...

Got a hyderabadi chicken biriyani takeaway from here and the chicken they used was already spoiled within an hour of reaching home. First off, the person at the counter was least bothered to take the order, he was busy watching videos on his phone despite calling out to him several times. Second off, the food was still warm by the time we reached home and the rice was okay but the chicken started smelling bad and this was just within an hour of reaching home from this place, meaning, they heated up spoiled chicken.

Serving food with bad taste is one thing but serving SPOILED FOOD should never be tolerated.

We would've eaten that spoiled chicken without realising it if we had opted for dine-in instead of take away.

Will never ever again visit this horrible restaurant!!

The person sitting in the counter gave me a terrible experience. The hotel waiter had clearly told that they had Biryani Rice with them but the counter guy told that biryani rice is empty only biryani is left. Basically he wanted to sell his chicken biryani and did not care about the customer needs. Infact i had ordered mutton Ghee roast* in which the mutton was pretty old and smelly i could literally feel it gluuuyee when I touched it. One of the bad experience i had till date in terms of food. I wish I could have given lesser than 1 star. Total bill was 1080rs just for one birayani rice, and some random chicken piece in biryani rice + Old Smelly Ghee Roast + One chicken lollipop. 🙏🙏 I have decided not to go to that stupidly over rated hotel any more.
