Worst Experience here. Today went there after buying fish from opp. Fish shop. Me and my parent ordered two lemon teas with a bread pakora. Here starts the drama! After 3 followups i got the pakora but not tea. I was told tea will follow within next 5mins. But even after 15-20 mins no tea came and the snacks which we ordered to have with tea was over. Then again I went up to the kitchen and got to know they never started making the tea. Staffs started blaming each other who was supposed to make the teas.After my pleads to stop the argument they started making it and in another 10 mins two lemon teas were given. The service is slow and pathetic!! Its not that they are short of staffs, I see many of the cafe employees inside the kitchen but all busy in gossiping hardly giving attention to orders. Feel sad for the owner that he might not even know how these employees are ruining this cafe image. I was made to wait almost 1 hr for two teas. The cafe had good chance to shine as kasavanahalli area lacked got situp cafes, but pathetic staffs and tortoise like service and top of all too much hot inside with loud noise from nearby restaurant all creating a very bad reputation. Be mindful to pay here before you get your food.

Self serve which is okay, but pathway is not walkable friendly, as you can trip at every step after taking your self service with glass tea cups wobbling on the tray.

Ordered 2 tea, got one, their main Waiter/Server was like it happens all the time. So customer has to Pay upfront,he/she Ensures gets their order correct, and then he/she has to carry the order via an Obstacle course to their table.Too much expectation for just a cup of tea.

When given this feedback to the server who calls himself as,'Jai Bhagwan' ,to improve your overall service ,his reply was " Main Bhrahmin huun main order serve nahi Karta" /I am Brahmin I don't serve food.

I was like what the heck where did his caste came from for feedback I gave?

Does the management wants to have their customers reminded of their caste reminded while giving a feedback ?

Food taste as well as tea was good,but this experience was not we were hoping for.

For All, If you want good food but don't care attitude of staff, no parking for your car or bike ,then may be a good...

I will never ever visit this place. This was my first visit. I will never suggest anyone to visit this place. I came back to home and vomited everything. I wanted to have something light at night. So I ordered sabudana khichdi and Vada pav. It's a prepaid system. After accepting the order they said sabudana khichdi is not there. Then they gave an option for sabudana Vada n Vada pav. I have never had such a pathetic food ever in my life. I never write bad review for anyone, but this had to be said. The sabudana Vada was very hard and very deep fried, almost black in colour. And same with Vada in Vada pav. I had to throw it. I just had pav n came.
