Chaatpot - Basaveshvar Nagar — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I recently visited Chatpot in Basaveshwaranagar and noticed something unusual on the bill. They listed the price of one plate as ₹70, but the actual cost came to ₹71.42, which seems inconsistent. On top of that, GST was added again, further increasing the total. What stood out more was the parcel charge — instead of charging it once for the entire order like most hotels do, they added the parcel charge per plate, which is unfair and misleading. This kind of billing practice feels excessive and needs to be addressed.

The taste is good and I have given it 3 stars.

One more missed to add, in shop entrance unlimited golgappa mentioned and that offer not available inside. This is again misleading.

Chaat Pot is a newly launched sweets and savouries shop serving exclusive dishes with a touch of desi swag to it. It is a well set up establishment run by efficient set of people who's main agenda is taste and hygeine.

This was my first visit after watching them on Instagram. The place was clean and hygienic. The staff was very kind and polite. They recommended the best items and must try items on the list. They have chaats, sweets and namkeen along with coffee and chai options.

Just discovered the best chaat spot in town! The newly opened shop serves an incredible variety of chaats that are bursting with flavor. The portions are generous, and the prices are super reasonable.

Must-try items I Absolutely loved the Rasagulla chaat, ragda patties, The combination of flavors and textures was perfection.

The staff were warm and welcoming, and the service was prompt and attentive.

Highly recommend If you're a chaat lover like me, you need to try this place out! Can't wait to come back and try more of their delicious offerings. They are expanding to brunch now with chole bhature and Tava pulav, which were incredibly tasty and fulfilling...
