Terrible staff - When you order a Hotseller and ask the staff to toast the bread before the veggies, they say there are no customisation allowed. They think customers are stupid and repeat the same line as taught to them 3-5 times without understanding the customer request.

On the Hotseller list, the Italian Pesto sub is an absolute horror. The amount of sauce they put on it is like two drops, and when asked where is the sauce? They are like it has gotten absorbed in patty. Take a bite of this sub and it's dry as a bone. And they wouldn't put anything extra on paid basis on the sub as well. Why? Because "no customisation is allowed".

I have ordered multiple times from here, and my experience has been horrible. Every single time, the food delivered was incorrect. The restaurant is ignorant and careless when it comes to preparing customized orders. Despite the fact that customers have the option to customize the subs, the instructions are not followed. In fact, they cheat customers by not additing 80% of the ingredients. They customize as per their preference and do not take responsibility for the incorrect food. I visit this subway very frequently due to proximity to my workplace, but haven't been here since the start of pandemic. This is a very small place with only 4 tables somehow accommodated inside, which of-course leads to a bit of wait on a few occasions. The place is usually pretty clean and haven't had much to complain about any service, the taste of food being what you would expect from any other subway. The staff is good and listening.
