Located near Wipro park, the store has a great ambience to lighten up your mood. Both interiors and lighting are nicely done. The tables are placed with plenty of space. Price wise may not be affordable for the normal public. But for office goers, it's a great place to have a quick breakfast or snacks with either tea or coffee. One can order poha, samosa, puffs, rolls etc. The staff seems to be good. You go to the reception and place an order. They will call you once the order is ready. The guy who served the order was very cordial. Parking space is limited. You will have to park the vehicle on the main road adjacent to the store front. The locality is very friendly so it's worth your time and effort.

Have heard about Chai Point and have been to a few, however this one was different, the ambience and service right from the moment t I walked in till the time I leave, the service by Puneeth in specific clearly expresses that he is taking a personal interest in development of the branch but also in providing an exceptional service saying it's 'Not Just Chai' but an experience...The elaichi TEA was perfect for the cold evening to bring the much needed warmth, added to that the PLUM cake reminded it was Christmas season, overall JOY.......

Ppl usually come here with the laptop and spend hours.. its a place for a quick snack and tea.. we have varieties of tea and snack Here the ginger tea is good and the quantity too is pretty ok.. veg puff was not upto the mark.. it was soggy and definitely not worth the price.. U could visit this place with friends when you are not very hungry and want to grab a quick bite..

I have been a regular with Chai Point since it’s inception. It is a habit to stop by at Chai Point at various locations for a good cup of tea. It is also a ritual to get a cup of tea and a bite from Chai Point at Kempegowda International Airport before taking the ride home to Electronic City. For the first time I ended up feeling very disappointed with the tea at Chai Point. This happened in the outlet at Forum Mall Koramangala. I had asked for Ginger Lemon Tea. The first sip tasted so sour that it could be just plain lemon juice. Not the slightest flavour of tea nor ginger. I informed that it was way too sour and they offered to change it. The second cup was as bad if not worse. Perhaps the same cup had been served back with a fresh dash of lemon juice. I walked away after the first sip with a bad taste in the mouth and with the hard feeling of having wasted ₹79/- . Chai Point, you have competition. Chai Point - part of a chain of tea outlets spread across various locations... This facility is located in Koramangala...

This is very close to the Wipro Park signal, hence, there is no parking space for any vehicle... Park in the nearby lane at your own risk...

The ambience is ok... There are a variety of couple seating arrangements present - either regular chair or high chair...

Menu only has tea options with perhaps some snacks... This is good for a cup of tea in a meeting...

Prices can be reduced as they are a tad over priced... Overall an ok experience... Staff needs to be trained on customer service and...
