I come here at times when I'm in the mood to spend a hundred bucks for tea rather than the regular 10-15 rupees tea you get everywhere else. Cozy place under the shade of the trees in the corner. Good place to chill and have some tea. While the prices are obviously unjustified, the taste of the teas I've ordered were above average if not not great. I like their ginger chai, Irani chai and especially love the Sulaimani chai. While the taste of the first two remain consistent, I find that the Sulaimani chai tastes different each time. My suggestion: have a recipe ready in terms of quantity of items mixed so you get the consistency right all the time. It has a lot of spices and lemon mixed that even a slight imbalance can cause unpleasant taste whereas the right balance makes for an amazing tea. I haven't tried any of their snacks or munchies since I find the prices very unjustified. This once they handed me with a sampler of some strawberry milkshake kind of thing they were trying out. It was creamy and very tasty. If you like paying exorbitant money once in a while to drink tea, you can try chai point.

Since we had a good experience in another branch of Chai Point we went to Banashankari branch with the same thoughts. When we entered staff mentioned they don't have peri peri maggi, later they said they have when we opted for different comobination. Staff don't have clarity of what they have in their kitchen. Maggi box provided don't have a seperate box to mention Veg and Non-veg, in the same box they have both the marking which lead to lot of doubt. Kesar Tea was decent and would recommend that. Overall a decent place to visit and note not to visit if you had tried their food in different branches since it won't taste the same here.

My addiction to tea has no quench. I strongly believe in the statement ‘India runs on Chai’, whoever has written it must be chai lover like me. Out of many shops, I felt chai point has the authentic tea and very much resembles the tea made in my home. Chai point serves tea and some quick bites like samosa, sandwiches, etc I’m very specific when it comes to my cup of tea 😉 I tried Lemon grass tea and Ginger Tea. Its a must try. Ambiance 3.5 Service 4 Food 4.5 Cost low (Costed me Rs.30) Serve Veg and Non-Veg Options - Seating and standing Branches - They have branches in every area in Bangalore Overall Great and hygienic

Few days back I had ordered the irani chai based on the suggestion from the store manager Arun. I am really glad i had the tea ☕for the first time and the taste is awesome😋👌👌..Must try. Arun is responsive and ensures timely and accurate delivery of the orders placed. And no compromise on the quality of the tea-"Always the Best". Arun gives importance to customer centric 🤝which is much needed of the hour .And he is a good team collobarator for which he deserves more than the role which he is playing now. Finally,Arun🤵 gives warm welcome to the people💝 who visits the store/on call which leaves a lasting impression to visit the store again. I wish Arun and the entire team Happy Merry Christmas🎄🍰🌟✨ and ✨New Year 🌟🥳for all their good work and success in the upcoming...
