It is newly opened in ITPL. Present opposite to TCS pioneer building. The different types of chai and coffee are available and also some bakery items are available here but very rush during evening time. The taste is superb but costly when compared to the chai available in company canteen. The chai point in ITPL is very clean and...

Disappointing experience at Chai Point ITPL. I ordered an egg puff, but surprisingly, there was no egg inside. For the price, I expected better quality and consistency. This was quite disappointing. I’d recommend reviewing the recipe or improving quality control and food handling. Hope this gets better in future visits....

The chai they serve is good but service is pathetic! They have chai point app..which doesn't work at this location. Money got debited but order didn't go through. No body bothered reaching back when I raised a complaint about it. The location is no longer open in the night so don't bother going there for chai if working in...
