A Difficult Experience at Klay PSN -

Enrolling our daughter at Klay was filled with hope, especially with the added trust from their corporate partnership with my workplace. But, sadly, our time with this centre has been nothing like the positive experience we dreamed of. Our concerns are deeper than the usual parenting worries. Initially, we did not like their approach of not pushing kids to eat or drink water, keeping even potty trained kids in diaper and cleaning toddlers with wet tissue paper which is extremely unhygienic.My daughter started getting sick quite oftenly, reduced her weight and ended up being seriously dehydrated. Yet, that concern fades compared to our recent nightmare. A few weeks ago, our 2-year-old was sent home with soiled and dirty diapers, while cleaned with wet tissue papers causing painful rashes and bruises and then it got worse. Due to the centre staff's neglect in maintaining proper hygiene and cleanliness, our daughter got a severe urinary tract infection, landing us in the hospital for 2 weeks dealing with the aftermath. Seeing our child go through this is heartbreaking, especially when we trusted Klay with her care. To make matters worse, the Centre head had nothing to offer than a simple "I'm sorry; this was unfortunate", even though it was clear negligence that could have been prevented. We know mistakes happen, but when it affects our children's well-being, it's a different story. We believe a childcare centre should prioritise the health and safety of the little ones, and sadly, we feel let down by Klay, specially given the premium fees charged for daycare. I won't recommend this place to any parent looking for a nurturing environment for their little one to learn and grow as I felt the staff's are extremely casual in their approach to deal with any complaints made by parents, while the centre head is busy doing all sweet talk.

Edit : Stop pretending like if you guys really care. All you guys care is for money. There was no response after we sent an email on your escalation email.You even denied to refund the initial deposit fee of 12k and agreed to refund only 5k after multiple follow ups.You are just another money making, unethical ordinary school collecting hefty fees from young parents.

Klay does not give a damn about parent's concern and all they worry about is making money and saving their reputation. But rest assured, I will make sure that this review stays here forever and no other kid/parent should go through a similar horrifying...

Witnessing our child go through this has been heartbreaking, especially considering the trust we placed in Klay for her care. Regrettably, the response from the Centre head was limited to a simple apology, despite clear negligence that could have been prevented.

While we understand that mistakes happen, it becomes a different story when it affects our children's well-being. A childcare center should prioritize the health and safety of the little ones, and we feel let down by Klay, particularly given the premium fees charged for daycare.

We cannot recommend this place to any parent seeking a nurturing environment for their child to learn and grow. The staff's casual approach to addressing parental concerns, coupled with the center head's lack of meaningful action, leaves us disheartened.

A Stellar Sports Day at KLAY PSN

Our daughter, Saraswati, who is in K1 at KLAY PSN, had an absolute blast at the Annual Sports Day themed 'Exploring the wonders of Space and Universe'. The event was creatively executed, with each activity designed to spark the imagination of our little ones, making them feel like true astronauts navigating through the stars.

Event Experience:

Saraswati was over the moon (quite literally with the theme) to participate in the races. The joy on her face as she dashed through the 'galaxies' was priceless. The sense of adventure and the encouragement from her teachers made her feel like a true space explorer.

The team spirit was palpable, and it was heartwarming to see how the kids, including Saraswati, cheered for each other, fostering a sense of camaraderie and sportsmanship. The event was not just about competition but about celebrating movement, teamwork, and fun in a beautifully themed setting. Parental Engagement

As parents, we were thrilled to witness this vibrant display of energy and enthusiasm. The inclusion of races for parents and grandparents was a brilliant touch, allowing us to join in the fun and bond with our child in a unique way. It was delightful to see three generations enjoying the day together.

Feedback

The only small feedback we have concerns the refreshments provided. While appreciated, the juice and biscuits were quite sugary. Perhaps in future events, considering healthier snack options could enhance the experience even more, aligning with the spirit of health and activity the day promotes. However, this minor point does little to overshadow the fantastic organization and the joy experienced by all.

Overall Impression

From the thematic decorations to the well-thought-out activities, everything was executed with care and precision. The professional photography was a wonderful addition, capturing moments we'll cherish for years. Our thanks go out to the entire KLAY PSN team for their dedication in making this day special, memorable, and filled with laughter and joy.
