I had a very distressing and unacceptable experience at Deccan Paradise, Park Square Mall, Whitefield. On 21st May 2025, despite being a strict vegetarian, I was mistakenly served non-vegetarian food. This has not only violated my dietary preference but has also caused me serious emotional and religious distress, as vegetarianism is a core part of my faith and cultural identity.
We even had a face-to-face discussion with the owner, during which he agreed to send a written apology. However, even after repeated follow-ups, no apology or formal response has been provided. I also had to send a court notice, which was completely ignored by the restaurant.
This shows a shocking lack of responsibility, sensitivity, and accountability towards customers. Such negligence is unacceptable, especially when it affects a person’s religious sentiments and ethics.

Even before tasting food staffs were asking to review them. This is not the right way to promote your business. And I noticed lot of five star reviews before mine and I can understand that's how reviews have happened.
2.I clearly communicated that please use chip to make the transaction using my card. Instead staff was tapping swiping and playing with my card multiple times. When I asked he was sarcastically smiling. Always check preferred mode of using card or payment to customer before taking call on your own.
