If you order something from here, you might feel you're eating right food as they provide it with a nice packaging and all, but believe me, this place has horrible cleanliness and lacks any hygiene at all. I've seen cockroaches and other insects roaming all around the kitchen area as well as the service area. The kitchen seems not to be cleaned at all, the walls are black with all the exhaust waste and kitchen workers work in extreme heat and can be seen sweating round the clock. The online providers such as Zomato, Swiggy must do regular hygiene checks.

The food was really good! I had ordered a roti–rice meal with chicken curry (4 pieces), and including the delivery charge, and late night 2oclock fee the total came to ₹307.

The chicken was incredibly tender, and the gravy was absolutely delicious. The thali included 3 well-cooked rotis, tamatar aloo, dal, rajma, potato curry, and rice.

However, the dal was a bit too salty, and the rajma was extremely undercooked. Other than that, the overall experience was quite satisfying.

Food rating: 3.5–4 (depends on your luck!) This could have been a good experience but it's okay

I have been visiting this place for more than 2 years. Recently, I noticed a big drop in quality and service.

Here are my observations:

Food taste keeps changing because staff and chefs change often.

Portion size and quality have reduced.

Service is slow, and staff are not trained in hospitality.

We have to remind them many times for basic things.

Hygiene and cleanliness are not maintained properly.

Management doesn’t seem to check online or offline feedback.
