Davanagere Benne Dosa Kendra — Restaurant in Bengaluru

Discovered this place in social media and we visited here yesterday evening. This is located in RR nagar. They serve Davanagere style of dosas. All dosas are smeared and cooked with butter. We had their A2Ghee, Masala dosa and Khali dosas. A2Ghee is masala dosa with organic ghee but more roasted than normal masala dosa. Dosas are crisp and soft inside. Dosas are served with coconut chutney and aloo palya. Great taste. They have idlis, palak dosa, palak paneer dosas also....

There is no oil in preparation of the Dosa Batter and during the dosa making

Only Nandini butter & ghee used in preparation throughout

I have had the pleasure of trying Davangere benne dosa in various places, but this one definitely ranks in my top 10. It's a great spot to satisfy my cravings for that authentic benne dosa flavor in and around Rajarajeshwari Nagar. One thing that stands out is the freshness of the ingredients used by the vendor.
