Hi! I am writing this review because on 17th Aug 2023 evening with my family. I ordered Shewarma, Butter Kulcha, Paneer butter masala, Chettinad Chicken curry. I felt the shewarma was good enough. But the size of the kulcha was very small and they had sprinkled both black and white thil. There were no herbs in it. Taste was ok ok. (not good). Paneer butter masala was utter flop dish as it tasted too roasted. My daughter not feeling to taste itself. Chicken curry was ok ok but there was no chicken in it. 3 star i have given only for shewarma. rest is zero. I was feeling the cook and the management got changed, thats why i couldn't get that old authentic taste. Apart from food Clealiness was too pathatic as i saw group of family of Cockroaches was roaming freely on the dinning table. Which was very uncomfortable to have dine in. Now I doubt to order online as well. Iam scared weather they mix cockroaches in the food as well. My sincere advice to the management to take care all the aspects as you are in service industry. The first floor has ventilation issue. There was bad smell and so we went down to ground floor area for dinner. We were 11 people and 6 kids and ordered veg. Items from menu. The soup we got was prepared so spicy that we could not have a single spoon of that. While complaining we got answers that now they can’t do anything as it is prepared now and we will have to eat it. We ordered paneer tikka masala and paneer handi, the taste of both was not good and chapati served with them does not looked fresh. However we were managing with these issue, the height of ethics happened. In our veg. Biryani we found chunks of chicken into it. Visited this new De Grande branch on the same lane for the 3rd time in the past 6 months & it was very dissapointing.

Food quality and service further deteriorated from previous visits.

Order items don't come in proper order every time u visit.

Many items which are on the menu but not available now.

Veg manchow soup tasted bland and horrible.

Prawn Manchurian tasted good but the prawns were very tiny.

Chicken lollipop too tasted good.

We ordered some Thali/combos which were quite ok for the price.

Overall taste was just fine but service & quality needs big...
